That ladder just seems to be leaning against the bookcase, not attached at the top and no wheels at the bottom. That seems to be the theme for the interior of this condo – great ideas slapped together on a low budget.

I basically like the unit and the location will improve with the removal of the Viaduct, but the interior needs work. Come on, baseboard heat with 20 ft ceilings, on top of unheated garage? And that kitchen, don’t get me started on that.

I think you’re being too hard on this place. The bones are good! Upgrade the kitchen counters and cabinets and this place would be sweet :)
