U-Place Finally Breaks Ground?

U-Place, a 244-unit condo project in the U-District, just east of U-Village ceremonially broke ground in September of 2016 but after having driven by the site numerous times we never saw any evidence that they had actually broken ground. However, in our most recent drive by this week, there were excavators on site and a sign up for Venture General Contracting.

Perhaps it is finally moving forward?
