What makes this loft cool is the tall ceilings, exposed brick, and I don’t think I’ve seen this in Seattle before – the floor in the bedroom is partially glass letting you see downstairs.
Priced at $599k, they’re reviewing offers on this 872 loft on Monday the 15th. Yes it is close to the viaduct, but it’ll be torn down soon!
