Wow, this Tom Kundig home in North Capitol Hill at 1067 Blaine St is AMAZING. I love the contrast of the steel, white walls, wood floors and greenery outside. Even has a pool for those two months of the year when it is nice out :).
Not cheap at $2.175m and not family friendly at 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. But there is a lower level mother-in-law with separate entrance.
