We swung by 2745 73rd Ave SE on Mercer Island this morning to check out an original owner mid-century modern built in 1955.
We love the location, easy access to I-90, and with a trail through a greenbelt you can quickly access the shops of north Mercer Island. Urban living on the Island :).
And we love the house! Sitting on nearly a third of an acre it is 3,120 square feet with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. In addition to a two car, carport, there is a garage accessed through the basement, PLUS a workshop.
Lot of untouched details you’d want to keep. But likely a few modifications you’d want to make.
The yard is huge and must be beautiful in the summer.
