This past week two good looking places came up at 12th and Madison. Both priced below what they sold for brand new in 2008.

The first, is a penthouse unit at Trace North featuring a custom built staircase to a loft area. Priced at $350,000 it is 726 square feet. Downside is, no view. It looks into the Citizen Apartments next door. This place sold brand new in 2008 for $384. You can check it out this Saturday and Sunday from 1 to 4 pm.

After 3 days on Redfin it is at 187 views and 10 favorites.

Or you have a unit in Trace Lofts to the south (you’d be my neighbor!). Unit #402 has a terrace and killer west views. $489,500 for 820 square feet. This place sold brand new in 2008 for $515k.
