Vintage Capitol Hill Loft
Urban Living is excited to list this top floor vintage loft, #304 at the Gayle, in the heart of Capitol Hill!
This immaculate condo has it all – storage, in-unit washer/dryer, sleeping loft, and potential for a private rooftop deck with views of the Space Needle and the Olympics.
The building, The Gayle, built in 1917, is packed with old world charm on a quiet street but just blocks to many restaurants, shops and light rail. Walk Score of 95.
The seller has loved this condo and is sad to part with it. Here’s how he describes it:
Loft area offers fantastic southern exposure into unit, while its location in the building (NE Corner) means it is insulated from street noise. Exclusive roof top access is a huge bonus with many dinners/drinks have been enjoyed on it while soaking in the view of the mountains and the Space Needle. I also love the well maintained wood floors and the character associated with a building built in 1914. Being 1/2 a block from Analog Coffee and a quick walk to the bars and restaurants on Olive Way is great, also nice is being a quick walk away from the nice QFC on Broadway. So many options for dining and drinking make this an ideal location while being buffered from the noise and chaos of said activities if you desire it.
Listed at $350,000 it is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. We’re reviewing offers on Thursday, June 2nd.
