Located at 2671 Boylston Avenue East in Eastlake, this contemporary townhouse hits on a lot of high points for us – exposed steel, wood, concrete and brick. The 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom space features three floors with an open layout that makes great use of natural light with large windows.

And while we love the gourmet appliances and custom stairs made of steel and concrete, our favorite features of this home are the multiple decks and rooftop patio. With views of Lake Union, Queen Anne, and Downtown Seattle, the views from this property are hard to beat. Imagine morning coffee or evening cocktails in a home that is the cozy neighborhood of Eastlake but yet minutes from downtown. 

The only caveat is some I5 road noise. But to be totally honest, it wasn’t as loud in person as we thought it’d be.

Listed at $799,500 for 1,700 sq. ft, it is easy to see why Redfin thinks this is a hot home.
