We posted about this amazing loft a couple weeks ago and are surprised it is still for rent. Someone rent it! It is amazing! Urban Living approved.
After helping blog reader Louise, buy a new construction townhouse, the amazing loft she was renting at the Terry Denny, built in 1889, has opened up.
Unit 607 is 900 square feet, faces north-west with views of the Sound, and has a killer wrap-around deck.
Also, I’ve met the neighbors, they’re great!
It is for rent for $2,900/month. Parking is an additional $100/month.
