When Will I Find My Dream House??

I’m helping a lot of people buy a new home this year and for almost all of them it is a waiting game and even though we’re only a month into 2016, it is proving to be an excruciating wait for many of them.

While their dream home might hit the market tomorrow chances are it’ll be in April through June.
