I’ve had a busy start to the year with two closings scheduled for this week but I promise to get back to blogging very soon :).
To start off the year we thought we should check in on all the new construction projects around town and update you on their sales status.
Selling Now
Fort Lawton – 15% closed
26 houses, 4 closed (+3 since last month)
Move in date: as they sell.
Gridiron – 14% reserved
107 units, 15 reservations (no change since last month)
Move in date: 2017
Hyde Condos – 9%
32 units, 3 pre-sale (+2 since last month)
Move in date: fall 2016
Insignia North Tower – 79% pending
348 units, 275 pending (+7 since last month)
Move in date: summer 2016
Insignia South Tower – 86% pending & closed
350 units, 5 in escrow, 297 closed (+7 since last month)
Move in date: now
Luma – 30% sold
168 units, 51 pending (+24 since 9/1/15 when they last reported on sales)
Move in date: 2016
Residences at Fairview – 67% sold
21 units, 5 reserved, 3 pending, 6 closed
Note: sales on hold for now, will resume when phase 2 homes are finished in late spring/summer 2016
