70’s Contemporary Before & After Photos
It has been too long since we’ve had some good before and after remodel pics!
Fortunately the folks behind the Fauntleroy remodel at 3912 SW Henderson St were kind enough to send us some before pictures.
They bought the home last year for $537k, remodeled it, filled in the pool, and it is now on the market for $1.275m. For that you get 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms in 4,050 square feet with a two car garage. And great views.
