#401 at Post Hotel is Back at a Lower Price
#401 at Post Hotel, a loft with 22′ ceilings, was on the market for a while at $525k, was pulled off and after taking a two week vacation is back on a bit cheaper at $499k.

Listed at $525k, we have no idea what it last sold for.
