34 New Construction Townhomes Coming to Eastlake
Wow, by our count there are 34 townhouse units coming to Eastlake by the end of this year with Franklin Ave E being ground zero for almost all of them. If that quantity isn’t shocking, how about the fact that for the most part, pricing is going to be in the $900s for shared wall townhomes and over $1.15m for standalone townhomes? We’re very curious to see if there really are about 34 people willing to pay $1m for townhomes. I know that the aggressive pricing on the Yale townhomes gave all my Eastlake buyers pause, but they did eventually sell them all.
