The most popular condo is still Unit #4 at Leona.

The second most popular condo is Unit 3 at Albion Place Condos in Fremont.

2 beds, 822 square feet, only $249,950. Last sold in 1988 for $66,000.

In third place is unit 201 at 420 Melrose Ave on Capitol Hill. It has very nice views but the trade-off is likely some I-5 noise.
