“206 Place” 65-Unit Condo Coming to International District
The DJC reported this week that what was to be a 7-story apartment building at 206 Fifth Ave S, will now be a 8-story 65-unit condo building.
Units will range in size from 406 to 590 square feet.
It won’t have any parking, but it will have a 62-stall bike room, conveniently accessed from the lobby.
They’re trying to break ground this year and estimate it will take 18 months to complete.
