Hard hat tour #2 of Infinity Shore Club
The sales team invited us for second hard hat tour at Infinity Shore Club on Alki this past weekend to see where they’re at in the construction. Our last visit was back in November of 2021! The team currently has 12 of the 37 luxury units under contract and are looking to make the final construction push now that the concrete strike is behind us. After breaking ground in 2020, the team is very much looking forward to their target completion date of late summer!
Definitely still under construction but they’re putting on the finishes both indoors and outdoors. Bathrooms and kitchen finishes are being installed and the rooftop deck is getting the paver flooring added. We also found out that the roof is rated and plumbed for hot tubs! Several of the penthouse units and the two center units on the 5th and 6th floors have private rooftop spaces which would be prime for jacuzzis. Or the HOA could vote to install one in the common rooftop area for shared use.
Here’s a breakdown of the available units and price ranges:
Unit type | Square feet | Price range |
1 bed + den, 2 baths | 1,156 to 1,463 | $1.8m to $2.15m |
2 bedrooms, 2 baths | 1,179 to 1,559 | $1.3m to $2.3m |
3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths (one remaining!) | 2,469 | $5.35m |
3 bedrooms + den, 3.5 baths | 2,168 to 2,210 | $3.35m to $5.05m |
Stonework in the entryway has been installed
Concrete for the infinity pool is fully poured!
Cedar siding for the rear outdoor space has been added to blend in the greenbelt behind the building. The developer also bought the space behind the building to protect the greenbelt!
End units have two private decks with water and greenbelt view in addition to the waterfront balconies
Finishes like countertops and cabinetry are being installed in all units
Even on a cloudy day, the views from the rooftop deck will not disappoint
