Wallingford45 Photos and More Pricing
I swung by Wallingford45 to check it out in person this past weekend at this first open house. Here’s what I learned:
- Rooftop deck wasn’t available for touring
- There’s actually two buildings, a 40-unit main building and a 8-unit building to the south. The smaller building doesn’t have an elevator.
- No dues until January
- There’s a 40% rental cap
- 18 parking spots. Spots are $75k, but if you buy one of the 10 most expensive units, they’re only $50k
- Grand Central Bakery and a flower shop are going in the ground floor rental
Pricing on model units that I looked at:
- #108 – $839,950 – 962 square feet
- #114 – $579,950 – 548 square feet
- #301 – $569,950 – 560 square feet
- #310 – $424,950 – 584 square feet
- #312 – $424,950 – 574 square feet
- #406 – $739,950 – 673 square feet
