750 on the Hill

I swung by Atrium at 750 11th Ave E to check it out in person this past weekend at this first open house. Here’s what I learned:

  • No parking, *but* you get one year free parking in the school’s lot across the street from 6pm to 6am.
  • Nice views from the rooftop deck but its small
  • A “community room” but its the size of a studio
  • Units don’t have keys, but fobs
