The Sanctuary Home Goes Pending in a Day

The Sanctuary is one of our favorite buildings in Seattle and it must be someone else’s as 1853 16th Ave #12 went pending in just a day, proving great homes go fast! Even at $2m.

If you recall the last home there went pending in two days, and the two before that sold off-market. (If you need help chasing off-market homes, let me know, happy to help! …I just bought our home off-market.)

So while you can’t buy it, you can at least enjoy the photos below :).
