Nexus Sells 28 Units Saturday, Now 90% Pending
On Saturday Nexus was planning to release 16 units starting at $545k but surprise, surprise, they released 28 units with prices ranging from $340,950 to $667,950 and from 354 square feet to 498 square feet. Definitely a welcome surprise for the buyers who camped out for 18 hours (yes, people camped out overnight!) but bad news for everyone who had been scared off by the $545k starting price. With a long line of people waiting it isn’t surprising they sold them all in one day!
Nexus is now 90% pending with units starting at $1.2m. There are 38 homes remaining.
