Luma’s developer was recently interviewed by the PSBJ, Luma’s selling out fast, but don’t expect a slew of condo projects to follow. Sounds like we’re not giong to see more condos soon:
There will be some condo projects. They won’t be widespread, however, because developers don’t want to take the construction defect liability risk.
