Luma 85% Sold – Sold Out By T-Giving??
Since the sales team moved into the building upon its completion a week or so ago, they’ve been on fire selling a ton of units. Today Luma has announced they’re now 85% sold (so 25 units left). Originally I was predicting they’d be sold out by Christmas but might need to revise that estimate to Thanksgiving!
Located at 1321 Seneca Street, LUMA houses 168 condominium residences ranging in size from 600 square feet to more than 1,700 square feet. A variety of homes are still available with one-bedroom residences offering spectacular views and priced from the high-$500,000s, and two-bedroom homes ranging from the high-$700,000s to the low-$1,300,000s.
