Urban Green Villa Renderings & Timeline

Today we learned a little more about Urban Green Villa, a building planned to be condos; the DJC wrote an article about Urban Green Villa, Taiwan firm bringing green villa to Belltown pointing us at a LinkedIn post by Peter Lian who is providing development management, Chainqui Urban Green Villa in Seattle.
The Project context is mixed residential and low-rise commercial. Currently on the Project site is a 2 story building dating from the 50s occupied by U.S. Bank. The proposed Project consists of a retail podium with 11 stories of apartments above, and 4 floors of underground parking.
We wonder if the word apartments is accidental or intentional. We thought this was going to be condos.
The DJC article has an update on timing:
Chainqui wants to start construction May 2017 and open the structure by the end of June 2018. The project is in the permitting process with the city.
