Heads up, the Gridiron condos in Pioneer Square are going to start accepting reservations tomorrow.
Pricing and availability is under embargo for now so stayed tuned for that. In the meantime, here’s what we know.
There’s 107 units in the 11 story building with 88 parking spots.
- Studios: 12. 430-500 square feet
- Open 1 bedrooms: 39. 471-779 square feet
- 1 bedrooms: 38. 547-829 square feet
- 2 bedrooms: 16. 877-1373 square feet
- Lofts: 2. 1,302-1,645 square feet
Amenities: rooftop deck, rooftop party room, gym, bike storage
No customization but there are two color schemes to choose from.
