My old co-worker Tommy has put together a nice long list of Seattle modern home builders at the aptly named, seattlemodernbuilders.com. He must be looking to build a house!
This is an attempt at a comprehensive list of modern home builders who are currently active in Seattle city limits. The list is limited to single family detached home and townhome builders.
Is he missing anyone?
What I’d love to see is a site where you could rate builders. Buying a new construction home is such an investment but also really a gamble because it is hard to really dig into whether your builder is good or not. Over the years I’ve heard more than a few horror stories from readers.
