Ultra Contemporary Madison Home is Back (AGAIN)
After taking a break from the MLS for a year this $2.88m Madison Park home at 1910 37th Pl E is back! It is its third time on the market without selling.
3,691 square feet. 3 bedrooms. 3 bathrooms. Built in 2011, the land (or teardown) sold for $1,231,900 in 2006.
Perhaps they’ll have better luck now with many million dollar homes selling in days not months. But a $2.88m price tag (no reduction from the earlier listing) puts it out of reach of many.
We love the concrete floors (hope they’re heated), love the gardens and flush fireplaces (though I hate TVs mounted above fireplaces, even nice looking fireplaces).
