I don’t quite know how to describe 2115 11th Ave W. It has a funky wood paneled exterior that I really like. The marketing remarks say it boasts a cistern and solar panels. And there’s a legal apartment downstairs. I also like that they put the living space on the top floor to capture the views! Not cheap at a little over a million dollars but it is 3 beds, 2 baths and 2,644 square feet. Built in 2010.
