Here’s another project on 18th in the Central District. Originally named, 18th Ave City Homes, it is a collection of 3 homes. Unlike the homes down the street, these are 4-star, not 5. Average size is about 1,500 square feet. They all have water views from the roof decks. The east facing unit will also have water views from the upper level. They’re designed by Malboeuf Bowie Architecture and is being built by Blue & Yellow Builders.
