High End Gaining Momentum

Few things have come across our radar recently…

Then Urban Ashley points out that they’ve sold a very pricey place, Madison Tower/Hotel 1000 Penthouse SOLD!! $4,000,000

We closed Madison Tower #2400 on 5/30 and thought I would pass it along to you. It is the highest price per square foot sale since March 2010 (Four Seasons #1902 sale).

Meanwhile the most expense sale was one of the penthouses at Olive8 for $4.15m back on May 21st.
