West Seattle Mid-Century Modern
We interrupt our regular condo posts for a sweet mid-century modern in West Seattle at 3811 56th Ave SW. It is a 1960 AIA home of the month winner by Arne Bystrom and is its first time on market. Looks like it could use a little updating and I’m not sold on the no maintenance yard. Priced at $735k for 3,000 sf, 4 beds, 2.5 baths, I don’t know if it is priced right, but I do know that most mid-century moderns that have been hitting the market this year have been selling pretty fast.
