PSBJ On Bankers Pressuring Developers
On Friday the PSBJ ran an article on condos, Bankers pressuring Seattle condo developers to sweeten their sales. It covers the going-ons at Olive 8, Gallery and Bellevue Towers.
The article requires a subscription (which we now have!) but there’s nothing too juicy in there other than that the Olive 8 developer seems confident in their pricing:
“We’re very comfortable, frankly, with the position we’re in now,” said Thyer. “We don’t have significant lender pressure to discount the project further or to push against the tide, so to speak.”
