$200k+ Appreciation in Two Years??
457 39th Ave E just hit the market for $895k. It last sold in 2012 for $685k. Will it appreciate over $200k with only a few improvements (“Big new deck, repainted, refinished floors”).
2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, unknown square footage…
My guess it is overpriced as it is going to need some work to modernize and would make an expensive lot, “building lot on street of splendid homes”.
