Enso is Priced to Sell (Photos & Videos Too!)
Tonight was the brokers open for Enso, a Vulcan project in South Lake Union.
When I swung by the party was in full swing. The Enso common room was packed full of agents partying like it was 2005. It was quite the sight!
The most remarkable thing about the project is that I think the pricing is pretty reasonable. Consider for $355k you can get a 769 square foot condo with 1 bed, 1 bath, walk in closet, laundry room, balcony, two sided gas fire place and view of Lake Union. That’s $461/square foot when condos are selling for $437/square foot in downtown.
Here’s the price list:
- x01: $425k to $480k – 891 sf
- x02 & x03: $355k to $405k – 769 sf
- x04: $325k to $380k – 683 sf
- x05: sold out – 1,388 sf
- x06: sold out – 712 sf
- x07: $765k – 1,279 sf
- x08: $520 – 720 sf
- x09: $455 to $515 sf
- x10: $450 to $510 sf
- Penthouses & two story lofts from $980k to $1.5 mil
Vulcan is usually anti-photo so thanks to Williams Marketing for getting them to loosen up; I took a bunch of photos. Here’s the living room and kitchen:
To be honest all these new construction condo projects are starting to blend together. Some of the touches I like are the laundry rooms, spacious bathrooms, usable balconies, etc. I’m not a fan of the lighting system over the island. I’m also not a fan of the hanging lights in many of the bathrooms… I was in a rush because I showed up late and had to run to hockey afterwards. I don’t know why I think I can see a project in a half hour, I never can. It always takes an hour or hour and a half.
I also took three videos:
