Added: Eastlake Lofts

Driving down Eastlake today I noticed that I had forgotten to include the Eastlake Lofts, a 18 unit condo project going up at Eastlake and Lynn. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find more more info online other than that they’ll be ready by December 2006, sooner than most projects currently under construction.

I own and manage Urban Living, a boutique Seattle and Bellevue real estate brokerage. I love lofts, floating homes, new construction, and mid-century moderns, but I will help you buy or sell just about anything!

Hi Matt,
I wanted to give you an update on our new loft community The Eastlake lofts, located at 2245 Eastlake Ave E.
We have 18 unique loft style homes planned, some with mezzanine levels ranging in size from approx 700 to 1500 square feet, each home comes with a private balcony or terrace along with one parking space per bedroom and one storage space. The building itself will be solid, high quality construction of concrete and brick, four stories high, our west facing homes will offer fabulous views of Lake Union. The developer is Val Thomas, Inc.
Floor plans should be finalized and posted onto our website by mid May. Completion date for these homes is set for December 2006, we plan on going to market and firming up and releasing pricing the first week of September. I would encourage all folks interested in our fabulous new loft community to register onto our vip list via our website http://www.theeastlakelofts.com to receive updates as construction progresses.
