Luma 75% Sold, Less Than 45 Homes Left

Sales at Luma have been picking up steam:

LUMA Condominium is now closing in on 75% sold. The building is nearing completion and our buyers’ closings are scheduled to begin in the next few weeks. Currently there are two model units that can be toured by appointment; later this month, the sales center will be moving onsite to the LUMA building and your clients will be able to see the views for themselves as well as all finished units and spectacular amenities. Residences that are currently available offer an array of finishes and layouts, including one bedroom, two bedroom and two bedroom plus den homes. Homes are still available from the mid $500,000s.
