Luma Hardhat Tour with Photos
We got a sneak peek inside Luma, the 168 unit condo building going up at 1321 Seneca Street on Capitol Hill.
First quick update on sales. They’re now 40% sold, selling 11 units in the last month.
Below are a mixture of our photos and their photos. We toured units #209, #301 and got a tour of the 24th floor which will be the penthouse floor. We were blown away by the views. Apparently starting at the fifth floor north facing units will have views of Lake Union.

The rooftop isn’t accessible yet so we toured the penthouse floor, #23. The views are incredible! Way better than any photos can do justice to.

View to the east:
Bad photo of the south-west. This was taken in the only unsold penthouse unit. The views from this unit are going to be incredible. I see how people are worried about the First Hill Plaza building to the south, but from the unit, it isn’t nearly as bad as you might think it would be.
