Which is Macklemore’s New Home?

Capitol Hill Seattle reports that Seattle superstar Macklemore is under contract on a Capitol Hill home. Which means it is likely one of these $1m+ homes pending on the Hill. Which do you think would look best with a caddy out front?

723 Broadway Ave E – $1,750,000 – 3 beds, 2.75 baths, 5,433 square feet. Mixed use. Perfect for a recording studio. Plus it is on Broadway for easy access to Dick’s. This is would be our guess but it has been pending since mid-September.

944 21st Ave E – $1,750,000 – 4 beds, 2.5 baths, 4,310 square feet. Pending since October 29th. “Private setting”. This is a likely pick.

1205 E Prospect St – $1,850,000 – 5 beds, 3 baths, 6,270 square feet. Pending since October 15th. Close to Volunteer Park.

903 22nd Ave E – $1,829,000 – 5 beds, 3.5 baths, 4,410 square feet. Pending since October 11.

1075 Summit Ave E – $1,495,000 – 5 beds, 4.75 baths, 4,070 square feet. Pending since the end of September, so probably not. Sweet views.

Though I think he really should have bought this Kundig designed home at 1067 E Blaine St. Not cheap at $1,900,000.
